Coaching Relationship:
- The coaching relationship is unique to each individual as each client comes with their own set of values and circumstances. Each session is a conversation in which the tone is set by you, the client. You decide on the agenda and the direction of each conversation. My role is to keep you on track and support you in your self-discovery with respect, honesty and empathy.
